AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT TITLES SIX,
SEVEN AND EIGHT OF THE AUGUSTA-
RICHMOND COUNTY CODE; TO PROVIDE AN
EFFECTIVE DATE; TO REPEAL CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
AUGUSTA AND OF RICHMOND COUNTY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION,
and it is hereby ordained by authority of same as follows:
Section 1.
Titles 6, 7 and 8 of the Augusta-Richmond
County Code, attached hereto, are hereby adopted in their entirety.
Sect ion 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall become effective on
adoption.
