AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT TITLE THREE OF
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY CODE; TO
PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE; TO REPEAL
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF AUGUSTA AND OF RICHMOND
COUNTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION,
and it lS hereby ordained by authority of same as follows:
Section 1. Title 3 of the Augusta-Richmond County Code,
attached hereto, is hereby adopted in its entirety.
Section 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall become effective on
adoption.
