FILE NUMBER: / d- ~ 0 I NUMBER OF PAGES: ? _ oJ 9,/ ORDINANCE NO. _b!f!3U An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map by requesting a revision of an approved development plan for Colony Place Subdivision, Phase II per Section 13-12 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Kendal Court (private), 383 feet, more or less, south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Grasmere Drive (private) and Kendal Court; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map by requesting a revision of an approved development plan for Colony Place SUbdivision, Phase II per Section 13-12 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to Zone affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Kendal Court (private), 383 feet, more or less, south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Grasmere Drive (private) and Kendal Court; thence, S 25027'05" W a distance of 82.33 feet to a point; thence, N 79033'31" E a distance of 55.78 feet to a point; thence, N 28005'19" E a distance of 69.17 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way lien of Kendal Court; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Kendal Court a distance of 63 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .08 acres and is known as Lot 40 of Colony Place SUbdivision, Phase II. SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
