An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning ordinance
adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15,
1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the
City council of Augusta, together with all amendments
which have been approved by either the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County or the City council of
Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-family
Residence) to Zone R-MH (Mobile Home Residential)
affecting property located on the northeast right-of-way
line of Delmont street, 75.0 feet southeast of a point
where the southeast right-of-way line of Mira Mar Avenue
intersects with the northeast right-of-way line of
Delmont street; and for the repeal of ordinances in
conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Delmont Street, 75.0 feet southeast of a
point where the southeast'right-of-way line of Mira Mar
Avenue intersects with the northeast right-of-way line of
Delmont street; thence, in a northeasterly direction a
distance of 150.0 feet to a point; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 100.0 feet to a
point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of
150.0 feet to a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Delmont Street; thence, in a northwesterly
direction along the northeast right-of-way line of
Delmont Street a distance of 100.0 feet to the point of
beginning. This property contains. 34 acres and is known
under the present numbering system as 211 Delmont Street.

SEc'rION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
