YEAR: ) 0; 0; (p BOX NUMBER: ) FILE NUMBER: J d- (yO I NUMBER OF PAGES: ~ . ...., "i " " ORDINANCE No.~-f3'-1 An Ordinance to amend the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the city Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located where the southeast right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road intersects with the northeast right-of- way line of pine view Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION-COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensi ve Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located where the southeast right- of-way line of Deans Bridge Road intersects with the northeast right-of-way line of pine View Drive; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right- of-way line of Deans Bridge Road a distance of 273 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 33036' E a distance of 229.2 feet to a point; thence, S 29030' W a distance of 86.1 feet to a point; thence, N 39055' W a distance of 36.6 feet to a point; thence, S 63002' W a distance of 215.1 feet to a point located on the northeast right-of- way line of pine view Drive; thence, in a northerly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of pine view Drive a distance of 240 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.62 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3110 and 3118 Deans Bridge Road. -"'" ~ 7 'I SECTION II.
