draft at sight drawn on C i t y Finance Company , bearing the clause "drawn under documentary letter
of credit number 001 , accompanied by the following documents:
1) Beneficiary's signed statement addressed to the applicant, stating that Wheels Advertising of Georgia,
Inc. has failed to comply with the monetary agreement to the Augusta.,.Richmond County Transit System Bus
Advertising Contract, signed and dated February 1, 1997. We are therefore entitled to the sum of$( 72,009
drawn under letter of credit number 0001. Or,
2) Beneficiary's signed statement addressed to the applicants stating that Wheels Adv. of Ga. has
not replaced this letter of credit number 001 with another letter of credit or other
evidence of financial responsibility acceptable to the Administrator within 45 days of the expiration date of
the credit, and we are therefore entitled to the sum of $( 72,000) drawn under letter of credit number
