Local enforcement officers (police, sheriff, code officers) will call on scrap tire generators to
assure proper disposal of tires.
Local enforcement officers will require offenders or property owners to clean up tire dumps.
Develop local codes addressing the proper handling and disposition of scrap tires.
Develop and promote educational programs on the proper handling and disposition of scrap tires.

fenced-in/secured staging site, during the event, and after the event.

the city's!county's responsibility to load all of the trailers.
