constru lion of said project and upon completion and accep~e of same by the Department of Transportation
from th contractor, said TEMPORARY EASEMENT will t~ate.
It is 19reed and IlDderstood that 1, or any tenant, now in ~ossession or any other persons having a claim or
interest II subject property, will have not less than two (2) mo~'ths from date of executiOl:l of a deed and easements
(or for 1 sident;a1 properties three (3) months from the date rep1a.cement hOUsing is available, whichever is greater)
to vacal the premises and that on vacating of said premises, o~y itetns of personal property will be removed, all
items a ached to the property and being classed as realty tf remain. The above agreement to apply unless
otherwi: i provided in Special Provision. If Augusta, Georgia, ~grees to allow the Grantor or tenant in possession
to OCClIi { the subject premises beyond the two month period fated above, that person will be required to pay a
rental ft of payable each month in ad ceo Subsequent to the date of transfer of title to

reconnecti ns adjacent to acquired rights-of-way or any subsequent location improvements.
