ACQUISITION, joins in this conveyance for the purpose of releasing and
quitclaiming 0111 of its right, title and interest in and to the security deed from
RICHA.RD S. GUINN to GEORGIA BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF AUGUSTA,
dated April 14, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court
of Richmond County, Georgia in Book 988, page 290, said security deed being
satisfied pro tanto only as to the property consisting of 0.011 .sq. ft., in fee, and
being conveyed to Augusta, Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to
the property not hereinbefore released.
