RELEASE AND ASSIGNMENT
For the receipt of One Hundred Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($100,000,00), the
undersigned, Augusta-Richmond County and Augusta-Richmond County Commission
Council of Augusta, Georgia ("Augusta, Georgia") releases Western Surety Company of
Sioux Falls, South Dakota from any and all liability now existing, or which may arise
hereafter or be discovered by reason of the said Western Surety Company having
bonded Stephanie Lynn Womack as an employee under Bond Number 68480443, This
release shall not affect or release the coverage of this bond as to any other employee.
All parties acknowledge and agree that the losses incurred by Augusta, Georgia
on account of said employee exceed the amount recovered under this bond by at least
Forty Nine Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($49,000.00) Accordingly, Augusta, Georgia
retains all claims, rights, causes of action, demands, payments, and restitution of any
kind or nature up to the sum of $49,000. Once Augusta, Georgia has recovered the
additional $49,000, it hereby sells, assigns, transfers, and sets over unto Western
Surety Company its additional causes of action, claims, and demands of any kind or
nature which it may have on account of the conduct of the above employee. Similarly,
the u'ndersigned assigns the Western Surety Company any ,restitution that is paid over
and "above the first $49,000 pursuant to the terms of any probation or parole agreement
