User recognizes that this property is not inspected or maintained by SENC and may contain hazards to User and its guests. User assumes all risk of personal injury or property damage which may be suffered on the premises by User, its guests, employees or agents or any member of the public during the permit period. Further, User hereby AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS SENC, its successors and assigns, from any loss of any nature (including reasonable attorneys' fees) from any occurrence during the permit period on or involving the premises, whether or not caused or contributed to by the negligence of SENC, its agents or employees. 2. Grant on November 14, 1983, which plat is attached to a deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of superior Court for Richmond county, Georgia, in Realty Reel 173, pages 1652-1654, and the property shown on a plat prepared by M. P. Phillips, C.E., on June 14, 1949, recorded in said Clerk's office in Realty Book 17-A, page 461.
