AMENDMENT No.1
By and Between
Augusta, Georgia (Augusta Aviation Commission) ("Owner")
and
PB Americas, Inc. ("PB")
To the Professional Services Consultant Agreement, dated November 29,2004 to provide Construction
Management Services for the Augusta Regional Airport Terminal Area Improvements PROJECT NO. RFP
#04-089.
The duration of Construction Management Services is hereby increased from its original 30 months by a
period of not more than thirty six (36) weeks (09/01/2007 to 05/09/2008) at a value not to exceed
$382,479.75.
PB shall be paid the following lump sum payments for completion of services during each four week
period. Payments shall be received by PB within 15 days of the end of each period.

11/24/2007 - 12/21/2007

Owner may discontinue PB services at any time within this 36 week period upon 15 days prior notification
in writing to PB. If the last day of service does not coincide with a period end date, payment shall be made
for the proportionate number of days within that period.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Amendment has been executed by the Parties with an effective date of
September 1, 2007.

LPA Group Incorporated Work Authorization No. 14 - contract Extension
and Parsons Brinckerhoff Contract amendment No. 1
Attached please find three originals each of the following items:
1) Amendment No.1 to the Professional Services Consultant Agreement dated November
29, 2004 to provide construction management services for the Augusta Regional Airport
Terminal Area Improvements, RFP No. 04-089.
Copy of the Commission approval letter, item No. 22 is attached.
2) Contract extension for the LP A Group to provide additional services for construction
administration due to extended construction time.
Copy of the Commission approval letter, item No. 20, is attached.
