PARTIAL RELEASE
RICHMOND COUNTY
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, SRP FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION F/KlA SAVANNAH RIVER PLANT CREDIT UNION, joins in this
conveyance for the purpose of releasing and quitclaiming all of its right, title and
interest in and to the security deed from JIMMY L. BREAKFIELD and MARY
CARMEN BREAKFIELD to SAVANNAH RIVER PLANT CREDIT UNION n/kla
SRP FEDERAL CREDIT UNION recorded June 16, 1998, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty
Reel 599, page 1842, said security deed being satisfied pro tanto only as to the
property consisting of 1,202 sq. ft. , in fee, and being conveyed to Augusta,
Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore
released.

It is expressly understood that the release of said parcel from the lien shall
not in any way affect the lien of said Security Deed upon the remaining land
thereby subject to the Security Deed.

315.1 feet on the northern side of Schley Avenue as shown upon a plat prepared by Joe L.
Grant, Surveyor, dated January 6, 1982, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia on Realty Reel 146, page 2287-2288;
reference is made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes,
