OWNER(S) AFFIDAVIT
COUNTY OF RICHMOND
Personally appearred before me the undersigned deponent, who being duly sworn,
deposes and says on oath that the following described property is owned by deponent, to-
wit;
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
That there is no outstanding indebtedness for equipment, appliances, or other
fixtures attached to said property.
That the lines and comers of said property are clearly marked and there are no
disputes concerning the location of the lines and comers.
That there are no parties in possession of or using said property now shown by the
public records in Richmond County, GEORGIA.
That there are no pending suits, proceedings, judgments, bankruptcies, liens or
executions against said owner, either in the aforesaid county or any other county in the
State of GEORGIA.
That no improvements or repairs have been made on the above described property
during the three (3) months immediately preceding this date, and there are no outstanding
bills incurred or labor and materials used in making improvements or repairs on said
premises, or for services of architects, surveyors or engineers incurred in connection
therewith.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon,
situate, lying and being in the 123rd D.G.M. of Richmond County,
Georgia, in a certain subdivision known as Sunnyda1e Park. Said
lot is all of Lot 18 and the eastern 19 feet of Lot 17, Block 8, on a
plat of Sunnydale Park prepared by l.W. Flythe, C.E., dated
February, 1926, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 10-R, Page
277. This is the same property conveyed to Thomas B. Fowler and
Mrs. Sara E. Flower by deed recorded in Realty Book 16- W, Pages
472-473.
Said property is known under the present system of street
numbering in Richmond County as 214 Magnolia Avenue and is
bounded as follows: North 44 feet by Magnolia Avenue; East 150
feet by Lot 19, Block 8, Sunnydale Park; South 44 feet by Lots 79
and 80, Block 8, Sunnydale Park; and West 150 feet by the
remainder of Lot 17, Block 8, Sunnydale Park known in the
Augusta-Richmond County Tax Assessors Office as Map Number
48.3, Parcel Number 123.
