ORDER OF CONDEMNATION
IT APPEARING TO THE COURT THAT:
The special master duly appointed and qualified, has made an award and
finding in the above stated case.
All provisions of law as to the service and notice on all parties interested in
the property described in the petition have been complied with, pursuant to
orders and directions of the Court consistent with justice and due process of law;
IT IS DECREED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of the property
described in the petition, to wit:
Fee simple title to that tract or parcel of land
identified as recorded in the Clerk of Court's office of
Richmond County, Georgia, on Realty Reel 621, page
2206, et seq.:
All that tract or parcel of land with all improvements
thereon, lying and being in the City of Augusta,
Richmond County, Georgia, fronting forty-nine (49)
feet on Talcott Street, and running back between
parallel lines sixty (60) feet, more or less, to a fence;

the improvements thereon being known as 913-915
Talcott Street, and bounded: North, by lands now or
formerly of Helen F. Vaughn; East by lands now or
formerly of John F. Vaughn, Jr., et al.; South by
Talcott Street; and West by lot now or formerly of
Mary E. Mulherin.
be and the same is hereby condemned, and upon the payment of the sum of
$500.00, into the registry of the Court, the Condemnor, Augusta, Georgia, and its
successors in office, is hereby vested with full, complete and unencumbered title
to all of the land or access described in the petition;
IT IS FURTHER DECREED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
Condemnor shall pay the Special Master, James F. Findlay, the sum of $350.00
which is fair and just compensation for the duties performed in this case.
LET this judgment and order be filed as part of the record in this case.
