The Augusta-Richmond County Housing and Neighborhood
Development Department has considered the BID submitted by you
for the above - named project in response to its Advertisement
for Bids dated July 24, 1998.
You are hereby notified that your BID has been accepted for
a period of one year - August 24, 1998 through August 24, 1999.
The following items and prices will be available and unchanged
for this time period.

The participants in this program will obtain the primer, top
coat, trim, and all materials by means of a voucher system set up
by the Housing Rehabilitation Office.
The vouchers will be distributed to qualified participants
at the Housing Rehabilitation Office and will then be presented
by the participants to the Sherwin.- Williams Company for receipt
of the named products.
The Sherwin - Williams Company will supply the products ~
to the homeowner named on the voucher and only in the quantity
specified on the voucher (unless otherwise instructed by the
Housing Rehabilitation Office.)
The Sherwin - Williams Company will use the number specified
on the voucher in all its billings, computer entries, receipts,
invoices, etc. for identification purposes.

THOMAS F. ALLGOOD, SR., of Richmond County, Georgia, as party of the first part,
and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of
the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Five and No/lOa ($120,285.00) DoUars,
cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the party of the second party, its successors and assigns, the
following described property, to-wit:
ALL that lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
86th Georgia Militia District of Richmond County, Georgia, on
the North side of Hephzibah-McBean Road, containing 21.72
acres as shown on plat prepared by W. R. Toole Engineers,
Inc., dated August 13, 1998, which plat has been recorded in

ways and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
AND the party of the first part does hereby warrant the title to said property
to the party of the second part and will forever defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
