RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, MUSTARD SEED VIDEO PRODUCTIONS, INC. (hereinafter "MUSTARD
SEED"), for the sole consideration of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever discharged, and for its successors and assigns, release and forever discharge
AUGUSTA, G:B:ORGIA; the AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION; RONNIE FEW; the SOUTHEASTERN
ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CffiEFS, INe., AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEFS, their
successors and assigns, heirs, executors, administra.tors, agents, and employees (hereinafter collectively RELEASEES), and all
other persons, finns, and corporations, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of actions of whatsoever kind
and nature arislllg from, and by reason of any and all known and unknown, resulting and to result from the sale or supply of
merchandise by R. LESTER LOWRY as President/Owner of Mustard Seed Video to Augusta, the Augusta Fire Department,
or the Southea:;tem Association of Fire Chiefs between May 5,2000 and June 7,2000, for which the undersigned claims sums
are due for the aforesaid merchandise, which liability is hereby expressly denied by each of the above named parties to this
release.
In further consideration, the undersigned promises to bind itself and indemnify and hold harmless the parties
released herein for any sum of money that the parties herein released shall be compelled to pay to the undersigned or any other
party, resulting from the incident and c1ainl herein described. The undersigned further warrants that this Release is executed by
its duly authori:~ed officers.
It is expressly acknowledged by the undersigned that this release does not constitute a waiver of sovereign or
official immunity by the parties released herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the tmdersigned has caused same to be executed by its duly authorized officials
