KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA, for itself and/or as
agent/nominee for AgGeorgia Federal Land Credit Association ("FLCA") and/or AgGeorgia Production Credit
Association ("PCA"), [individually and collectively "Lender"], the owner and holder of the security instrument
hereinafter referred to and of the note(s) thereby secured does, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated, hereby
release from the lien of that certain security instrument from Michael R. Reagan and Rebecca G. Reagan to
AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA for itself and/or as agent/nominee for AgGeorgia Federal Land Credit Association
("FLCA"), and/or AgGeorgia Production Credit Association ("PCA"), [individually and collectively "Lender"],
dated the 4th day of January, 2007 recorded in the public records of Richmond County, State of Georgia in Deed
Book 01099, at page(s) 0364, the following described property, to wit:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate,
lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond,
containing 12.21 acres, more or less, and being designated as Tract
"B" on a plat prepared for Augusta-Richmond Commission by Toole
Surveying Company, Inc. dated July 31, 2007, and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County,
Georgia in 8Ch"'J)(-,g .jJ4fP~q;!Jreference being made to said plat
for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds,
courses, distances and location of said P!"operty.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the security of AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA for itself and/or as agent/nominee for
AgGeorgia Federal Land Credit Association ("FLCA"), and/or AgGeorgia Production Credit Association ("PCA"),
[individually and collectively "Lender"], as described in the aforesaid Deed to Secure Debt shall, in all respects,
except as to the premises hereinbefore described, be preserved and protected and that the lien of said Deed to Secure
Debt, except as hereby released and discharged, shall remain in full force and effect and the terms, conditions and
covenants thereof and of the note(s) thereby secured, shall remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA for itself and/or as agent/nominee for AgGeorgia Federal
Land Credit Association ("FLCA"), and/or AgGeorgia Production Credit Association ("PCA"), [individually and
collectively "Lender"], has hereunto subscribed its corporate name by its officer thereunto duly authorized at
