Your standard IFAS and PC Product maintenance will expire on December 31, 1999. To ensure continuous
coverage for the next 12 months under the terms of your Schedule B maintenance agreement, please verify the
information on this Maintenance Renewal Notification and return a signed copy to our office within 30 days.
Listed below are the modules and products for which maintenance coverage will be provided during the period of:

· BI-TECH's Software is compliant with GAAP as promulgated by the FASB, and GASB, BI-TECH will continue
to maintain compliance as pronouncements associated with these bodies are issued. To implement changes
related to state or federal payroll tax tables or GAAP, BI~TECH will inform each client that a change has
occurred, and coordinate the delivery of updated values/processes by means of a HFS update, BI- TECH
assumes responsibility for providing and maintaining accurate federal and state payroll tax tables, and their
related calculation processes, (This does not include new state specific retirement programs or any other
original programming not related to federal and state payroll tax tables, and related calculations.) In the event
that a development effort is required to meet any other mandated processing and/or reporting need, the
development cost will be split among all entities who accept and utilize the newly developed process or report.
· The Licensee agrees to install and maintain, for the duration of this Agreement, a 33,600 (minimum) bps
modem (or greater) to facilitate Software updates and remote support.
· Upon next years renewal the Licensee will obtain, an Internet connection (consisting of FTP and TELNET) to
facilitate Software updates and remote support.
Optional Services:
Maintenance Plus Program: Licensee has the option to participate in BI-TECH's Maintenance Plus Program.
Participation in the Maintenance Plus Program entitles the Licensee to one (1) block of five (5) additional
Professional Service days per annual maintenance period, The additional days maybe used for any Professional
Service otherwise offered by BI-TECH, This would include, but is not limited to, training, programming, accounting
assistance, system performance tuning, etc. Any unused days at the end" of the maintenance period expire and
are not carried over to the next period. .
If.the Licensee chooses to use the days for assistance at the Licensee's site, the Licensee may schedule a trip, of
at least two days duration, which utilizes the Maintenance Plus days. All travel, meals, and lodging costs are borne
by the Licensee and will be billed as incurred. "
Licensee can choose to come to BI-TECH's location for assistance, with a day being charged against the
Maintenance Plus days for each day spent with a BI-TECH employee, All travel costs in this case are borne by
the Licensee,
Licensee can choose to use the days for Distant Learning sessions, Licensee must schedule at least three-two
hour sessions, which equals one day,
The minimum charge for services performed under this Program is one half day. For purposes of this Program a
half-day is defined as a four-hour period. Any s"ervice that requires more than four hours will be charged a full day.
A full day is defined as a maximum of eight hours, Hourly charges or increments will not be allowed,
The scheduling of Maintenance Plus days must be done at least 30 days in advance. Any services that are
scheduled and then subsequently changed or canceled may be subject to a change fee.

Requests that include Software changes will require that Bf-TECH determine an estimated completion date, which
may be greater than thirty days from receipt of the request. BI- TECH reserves the right to refuse to make
Software changes that, in its sole discretion, are not compatible or otherwise appropriate with the IFAS Software,
The fee for the Maintenance Plus Program is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per annual maintenance period,
This fee is subject to the same annual increase, as defined above.
The Maintenance Plus. Program is being offered for a limited time only and the terms and conditions are subject to
change, other restrictions may apply,

By signing below, Licensee agrees to pay for maintenance services for the period designated herein. The terms
and conditions are as specified in the previous maintenance agreement between Bi-Tech and Augusta Richmond
