KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, LOUISE PAGE,
D/B/A PAGE'S ELEGANT BOUTIQUE, for the sole consideration of Fifty One Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifteen and no/100 ($51,715.00) Dollars, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has released and discharged, and by these presents does for the undersigned, and for
any and all heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the undersigned, release and
forever discharge AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, its Board
of Commissioners, Mayor, Administrators, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives,
contractors, independent contractors, successors and assigns, none of whom admit any liability to
the undersigned but all expressly deny any such liability, of and from all claims, demands, damages,
actions or causes of action, regarding damage to or from being denied access to the property located
at 851 First Street (alk/a 101B Laney Walker Blvd) (the "Property"), including any damage to
parking areas located there on, as well as any claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action
for denied or limited access to the business known as "Page's Elegant Boutique" (the "Business")
as well as any claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action for interruption or interference
with the operation of the Business as well as any other claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action for damage to the Business, either now existing or that may arise in the future, and
whether now known or unknown, which have arisen or been caused by the actions of Augusta,
Georgia, its Utilities Department, or any of its employees, agents or contractors in connection with
work on the roadways and utility lines located on, near or about the Property, at various times in the
years 2006 and 2007.
The undersigned hereby declares that this release contains the entire understanding between
the parties, and that the terms hereof have been completely read and are fully understood and
voluntarily accepted for the purpose of making a full and fmal compromise, adjustment and
settlement of any and all claims, disputed or otherwise, on account of any damages above
mentioned and for the express purpose of precluding forever any further or additional claims arising
out of the aforesaid accident or event.
