Shepard, PC, which is a member of Shepard, Plunkett, Hamilton, Boudreaux & Tisdale, LLP. He graduated from Davidson College (A. B, 1973) and the University School of Law, J.D., 1976. He has been admitted to practice in the Superior and State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals since 1976. In 1981 he was admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and in 1983 in the United States Supreme Court. He has a general civil law practice with emphasis on litigation and personal injury, divorce and probate. He has served on Augusta City Council and is a sitting member of the Augusta-Richmond County Commission and has previously served on several public boards including the Board of Trustees of the Augusta Public Library, the General Aviation Commission and the Red Cross Board. He, and his wife Kathie have three daughters, Brooke (25), Whitney (20), and Mallory (16). James T. Plunkett. Jim is a life-long resident of Augusta and graduated from Westside High School. After attending Augusta College for one year, Jim attended the University of Georgia and received a BBA in Finance. He attended the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated cum laude in 1987. While he has a general law practice, his practice focuses on business, probate, real estate and franchise matters. He and his wife Mary Anne have three daughters, Mary Rob (14), Frances (10) and Anna (6). Daniel W. Hamilton. Dan grew up in North Carolina and attended public schools in Alamance County. Dan received a BA, cum laude, from Appalachian State University. He graduated from the Mercer School of Law in 1989. Dan is a former assistant prosecutor for the Augusta Judicial Circuit. While he has a general law practice, his practice focuses, on civil litigation, employment and discrimination law and domestic relations. He and his wife Beth have two children, Thomas (10), and Elizabeth (8). Todd M. Boudreaux. Todd moved to Augusta during his elementary school years and graduated from Alleluia High School. Todd attended the University of Georgia and received a BBA in Finance. He attended the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated cum laude in 1994. While he has a general law practice, his practice focuses on debtor and creditor bankruptcy, litigation and criminal matters. He and his wife Nikki and have three children, Jack (9), AsWey (7) and Courtney (3). J. Andrew Tisdale. Andy moved to during his elementary school years and graduated from Augusta Prep. High School. Andy attended the University of Georgia and received a BA in 1989. He received a Masters in Divinity in 1994 from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, a Masters in Theology from Harvard University in 1998, and graduated from Florida State University School of Law in 1999. While he has a general law practice, his practice focuses on civil and construction litigation, criminal law and domestic relations. He and his wife Holly and have two children, William (2) and Ava (7 months). ,. r; ;; ~ Stephen E. Legal work undertaken for Augusta, Georgia work would be handled by Steve and/or his partners. In the following categories, these rates are proposed: Meetings: Partner: Associate: $125.00 per hour $115.00 per hour Contracts: Partner: Associate: $135.00 per hour $115.00 per hour General Litigation: Partner: Associate $165.00 per hour $115.00 per hour Paralegal time will be billed at $45.00 per hour. Closings for easements and like fee simple acquisitions of property would be charged at a flat rate of $250.00. Augusta, Georgia would continue to furnish information technology, telephone, library and secretarial expenses as are currently furnished to Burnside, Wall, Daniel, Ellison & Revell. The firm would be local counsel in bond matters in association with bond counsel.
