THIS INDENTURE, made this 28th day of May

W. Osbon, of Richmond County, Georgia, as party of the first part, and AUGUST A, GEORGIA,
a political subdivision ofthe State of Georgia, as party of the second part:
WITNESETH:
That the party of the fust part, for the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, cash in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, the following described property, to-wit:
All that lot and parcel of land lying and being in Richmond County, in the City of
Augusta, State of Georgia, fronting 10 feet on the south side of Reynolds Street
extending back between approximately parallel lines a distance of 135.4 feet to a
point where the strip widens to 11.6 feet and extends 82 feet to property now or
formerly of Belk-Luke Company, and being the property conveyed to Julian W.
Osbon from Jane Henderson Barrett, as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament
of 'Nilliam W. Barrett, by deed dated 20th day of January, 1998, recorded in Reel
582, Pages 2093-2094, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond
County, State of Georgia. Reference being made to said deed for a more complete
and accurate description of the property herein conveyed.
TO HA VB AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together with all rights, ways and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
