KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, Jesse W.
Taylor, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty Nine Hundred Dollars
($4,900.00) paid by Augusta, Georgia, the receipt and sufficiency whereof being
acknowledged, have and do for himself and for his heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns, release and forever discharge Augusta,
Georgia, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission and its individual members,\
its successors and assigns and all other persons, firms or corporations
whomsoever, including Blair Construction, Inc., of and from all claims, demands,
damages, actions or causes of action, on account of injuries to person and
damage to property resulting or to result, known and unknown, which have
resulted or may in the future develop by virtue of the accidental cutting of certain
trees and the clearing of the undersigned's property by Blair Construction in
December, 2002.
The undersigned hereby declare that the terms of this Settlement and
Release have been completely read and are fully understood and voluntarily
accepted for the purpose of making a full and final compromise adjustment and
settlement of any and all claims and disputes on account of the foregoing
occurrence.
