of Augusta (the "City"), and I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY, as
follows:

(1) Attached hereto and marked "Exhibit 1" is a true and correct copy . , .
of a resolution adopted by the City Council of Augusta on
December 18, 1989, as subsequently included in the Augusta
Richmond County Code ~ 1-4-14 through ~ 1-4-17 and as such is
in full force and effect as of the date hereof, and has not been
modified or rescinded.
(2) The seal impressed upon this Certificate is the legally adopted,
proper and only official corporate seal of the City.
