the registry of the Court, the Condemnor, Augusta, Georgia, and its successors in office, is
hereby vested with full, complete and unencumbered title to all of the land or access
described in the petition;
IT IS FURTHER DECREED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Condem'nor
shall pay the Special Master, Mark A. Cleary, the sum of $
