Dear Mr. Wall:
I have enclosed your copy of the revised and fully executed GEMA Form 150 for your
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) project, designated HMGP 13 1 1-0002. Your award
has been increased to cover a larger percentage of the non-federal share for this project. The
State will process all reimbursement requests to reflect the new cost share breakdown of 75%
federal, l5% state, and 10% local.
