FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
1998 AUGUST A MONEY PURCHASE PLAN
THE FIRST AMENDMENT to the 1998 Augusta Money Purchase Plan (the
"Plan") which was adopted effective May 1, 1998 in the form of a Governmental Retirement
Plan and Trust Basic Plan Document (the "Plan Document") and accompanying Adoption
Agreement (the "Adoption Agreement"), hereby amends and modifies the Plan and Adoption
Agreement pursuant to the right reserved in Section 14,1 of the Plan Document as follows:
1. The Contribution Formula in EXHIBIT 3, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a)
shall be changed to two percent (2%) of Compensation.
2.
The effective date of this Amendment to the Plan shall be January 1,
1999.

A copy of the amended page of the Adoption Agreement is attached
hereto.
4. All otherprovisions of the Plan shall remain unchanged and, as amended
herein, shall continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has
caused this Amendment to be executed by its duly authorized officer on this ~ day of
January, 1999.

RESOLUTION OF THE
AUGUST A-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION
,1 hereby certify that the following is a true copy of a Resolution duly adopted by the
Employer on January ..I!l.-, 1999.
WHEREAS, the Employer sponsors a Money purchase Plan;
WHEREAS, the Employer desires to amend the Money Purchase Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Employer hereby amends the Plan effective
as of January 1, 1999, by amending the Plan Adoption Agreement as follows:
The Contribution Formula in Exhibit 3, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a) shall be
changed to two percent (2%) of Compensation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on this --L!l.- day of January,
