The undersigned Deponent, Vivian Brooks, being duly sworn, deposes and says
on oath that she is personally familiar with the descendants of William Jefferson and
Ruth Jefferson, deceased, being the niece of Quincy Jefferson, Mary Holmes, Leslie
Jefferson and Georgian Jefferson.
1. Fannie Harmon devised and bequeathed the property described on Exhibit A to
the children of William Jefferson and Ruth Jefferson, to wit: Fannie Jefferson, Charles
Jefferson, Luther Jefferson, Eugene Jefferson, Quincy Jefferson, James Jefferson and
Mary Jane Holmes, pursuant to Item IV of her Last Will and Testament, said Will being
dated May 3, 1973 and having been probated in the Probate Court of Richmond County,
Georgia, during the August Term, 1981. Further that the assent of said devise and
bequest by the Executor of said estate being evidenced by a Deed of Assent dated April
12, 1982 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County,
Georgia in Realty Reel14Q, p(lge 1351.
2. Fannie Jefferson died on October 26, 1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leaving
no living spouse or living lineal descendants. Fannie Jefferson had no children born or
adopted to her and was predeceased by her father, William Jefferson, and her mother,
Ruth Jefferson. The siblings of Fannie Jefferson are identified in Paragraph 1 above.
3. Charles Jefferson died on July 9, 1992 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leaving no
living spouse or living lineal descendants. Charles Jefferson had no children born or
adopted to him and was predeceased by his father, William Jefferson, and his mother,
Ruth Jefferson. The siblings of Charles Jefferson are identified in Paragraph 1 above.

4. Luther Jefferson died on March 5, 1998, leaving a living spouse, namely
Georgian Jefferson, who is in life and of age and sound mind. Luther Jefferson had six
(6) children born or adopted to him, namely, Margaret Jefferson Scott, Ruth Jefferson,
Barbara Jefferson, Harvey Jefferson, Lula Jefferson Kirk, and Luther Jefferson, Jr.
Margaret Jefferson Scott, Ruth Jefferson and Barbara Jefferson are in life and are
of age and sound mind.
Harvey Jefferson died on September 6, 1970 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
leaving no living spouse or living lineal descendants. Harvey Jefferson had no children
born or adopted to him.
Lula Jefferson Kirk died on November 28, 1978 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
and was predeceased by her husband Leslie. Lula Jefferson Kirk had one child born or
adopted to her, namely, Naima Kirk, who is in life and of age and sound mind.
Luther Jefferson, Jr. died on May 27, 1987 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leaving
no living spouse or living lineal descendants. Luther Jefferson, Jr. had no children born or
adopted to him.
5. Eugene Jefferson died on December 12, 1998 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
leaving a living spouse, namely Leslie Jefferson, who is in life and of age and sound
mind. Eugene Jefferson had three (3) children born or adopted to him, namely: Eugene
Jefferson, Jr., who is in life and of age and sound mind; Theresa Jefferson-Hale, who is in
life and of age and sound mind; and Howard Jefferson, who is deceased. Howard
Jefferson died on March 4, 2006 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leaving no living spouse
or living lineal descendants. Howard Jefferson had no children born or adopted to him.
6. Quincy Jefferson is in life and is of age and sound mind.
7. James Jefferson died on January 6, 1985 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leaving no
living spouse or living lineal descendants. James Jefferson had no children born or
adopted to him.
8. Mary Jefferson Holmes is in life and is of age and sound mind.
Deponent says on oath that the living persons above named constitute all the heirs
at law of said individuals, and that all of said heirs are of age and sound mind.
