Re: Emergency Power Back-Up at Various sites
Dear Mr. Hicks,
Electrical Design Consultants, is pleased to submit our fee
proposal for preparing contract documents for the 'upgrading of
the above referenced project.
I. General Overview of Services:
1. The Engineer will prepare and furnish to the Owner
complete and ready for use, including changes as
required during the progress of the work, all of the
following.
2. The Engineer will develop his work by site visits,
'consultation with Owner. or'his designated
representative, and preliminary sketches.
3. The Engineer agrees to develop his work in accordance
with the criteria and standards of the Owner and to
furnish the documents with certificates required and
stipulated by the Owner.

4. The Engineer will furnish the documents to the Owner in
6 copies. Additional copies will be furnished at
reproduction cost.
5. The Engineer will provide the Owner with an estimate of
the cost of the work specified to be constructed or
performed in Paragraph 1.1 above.
6. The Engineer agrees to perform the above services in
accordance with all applicable codes and laws and that
the upgraded system will meet applica~le NFPA ana NEe
Codes.
