RELEASE AND BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, EDITH PARKMAN, for the sole consideration of
Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Seventy and No/100 ($35.570.00) Dollars to me in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged:
(1) Has remised, released and forever discharged, and for my heirs
release and forever discharge AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, and the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission, their successors and assigns, officers, elected officials, administrators,
agent, employees and representatives, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights,
and causes of actions of whatsoever kind and nature arising from, resulting and to result
from the removal by AUGUSTA, GEORGIA of two buildings, more particularly described
below and 31 "red tips" from the property located at 2760 Wicklow Drive and owned by
me (the "removal"). This release specifically includes any and all causes of action
which could have been brought as a result of the incident above-mentioned. In further
consideration, the undersigned promises to bind herself and indemnify and hold
harmless the parties released herein for any sum of money including attorney's fees and
costs that the parties herein released shall be compelled to payor arising from the
removal.
(2) Has, effective as of the date hereinafter specified, granted, bargained,
sold, transferred, assigned, set over, conveyed and delivered, and by these presents
does, effective as of said date, grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign, set over, convey and

delivered to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA as follows:
(a) A 23'x12' canning kitchen on slab with
T-1I1 siding and screen; and
(b) 22'x15' workshop with sheetrock walls
and ceilings with 1 bathroom, 1 Q'x16' lean-to on
rear of building and 22'x12' enclosed lean-to
with kitchen and storage area.
Edith Parkman hereby warrants that she has good and merchantable title
to, and is the lawful owner of said assets and that she has the full power and authority
to transfer.all rights, interests and title in and to the same to AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, and
that said assets are free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances, security interests,
judgments, restrictions and charges of every nature whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Release and
