FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Bank of America joins
in this conveyance for the purpose of releasing and quitclaiming all of its right, title and
interest in and to the Security Deed from Donna Kivett to NationsBank, N,A. (Bank of
America), dated February 19, 1999, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 637, pages 924-925, said Security
Deed being satisfied pro tanto as to the property consisting of 0.030 acres, as more fully
described in the attached Right-of-Way map (revised 4/19/00), and being conveyed to
Augusta, Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore
released.
