On Friday February 1, 2008, the Mayor executed a form granting a right of entry regarding
3090 Wrightsboro Road to the Corps of Engineers of the Department of the Army. The
Corps of Engineers has now executed the document and returned it to us. Attached is your
copy with all signatures. If additional information is needed, please advise.

The undersigned, hereby grant(s) to the Department of the Army, its employees, contractors, and subcontractors
a right-of-entry on the property located in the State of Georgia in the County of Richmond, and described as:
Parcel Number 043-1-170-00-0 located at 3090 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, Georgia as depicted on
attached Project Site Map marked Exhibit "A"
This right-of-entry is granted upon the following terms and conditions:
a. This right-of-entry may be exercised ONLY for the purposes of making a visual inspection of the
property described above, walking/riding on alternative terrain vehicle on the property and surveying it with a metal
detector or other instrument for evidence of the presence of military munitions together with the right to collect such
soil and/or water samples, as may be necessary to permit a determination of whether military munitions are present
on the property.
b. This right-of-entry may be exercised at any time beginning with the fieldwork scheduled for this project.
c. This right-of-entry does not grant any right to enter into any structure(s) or building(s) located on the
property described above.
d. This right-of-entry may be revoked in writing by the undersigned at any time by notification to the
Department of the Army at:
