CHANGE NUMBER SEVEN
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project be set up is authorized to CPB#323-04111O-296823215. Additional
funding is needed to complete the acquisition of right-of way, demolition, utility
relocation, environmental and changes in roadway design documentation.
Funds in the amount of $1,000,000 are available in SPLOST Fund Balance and
SPLOST Phase II Recapture.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Augusta Utilities
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Special 1 % Sales, Tax Fund Balance
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
