CHANGE NUMBER NINE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project be set up is authorized to CPB#323-04l 1 10-296823215. Additional
funding is needed to execute two relocation Agreements from Georgia Power
and approve their request for payment in the amount of $24,734. Funds in the
amount of $24,734 are available in the Engineering project Right of Way account
to be transferred the utility account.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Augusta Utilities
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Special 1 % Sales, Tax Fund Balance
