WORKS, FIREMAN'S FUND INSURANCE AND THEIR AGENTS from any and all claims whatsoever
arising from an accident, occurrence or loss on or about APRIL 27'f11, 1999 at or near Riverwalk
Bridge at Tenth Street in Augusta, Georgia. This loss is :filed and handled under claim number
302946/ on policy number Z1008527.
It is expressly agreed that this release and payment of said sum is not to be construed as an admission of
liability. This is a full and final release and satisfaction of all claims.
