PINNACLE PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
CHANGE NUMBER THREE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project be set up is authorized to CPB#322-04-203822642. The funding
for this project is needed for Construction. We propose to address the drainage
issues and erosion control issues and will include enclosed drainage and swales.
Funding will come from project Contingency.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
