CHANGE NUMBER THREE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the following
Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: This project is authorized to CPB#323-04-299823999. This change authorizes additional
funds of $55, 000 to provide surveying support requested by Corps of Engineers for the flood
control study. This additional amount will be funded by SPLOST PHASE III Recapture
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Govemment to
complete the project.
Rocky Creek Tributary No 1, Ph 1
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III (Suburban)
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III(Urban)
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
