BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is here by adopted:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB#324-041110-201824117. This project is to address
drainage related issues in the general area from Laney Walker Boulevard to
Broad Street. This project will also include roadway improvements to include
resurfacing, adding curb, gutter, and sidewalk where feasible. The funding for
this project was set up for Advertising, Engineering, Right of Way, Utilities,
Construction and Contingency. Additional funding in the amount of $156,000
is required to fully fund this project. Funds are available in SPLOST PH IV
Recapture.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
GDOT STATE AID CONTRACT
CDBG FUNDS
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV Recapture
