BUNGALOW ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:

The project authorized is for engineering services to widen Bungalow
Road, add a left turn lane in front of Bungalow Road Elementary School,
add curb, gutter and sidewalk on both sides, and replace the existing
ditches with a storm drain piping system from US 25 (Peach Orchard
Road) to Richmond Hill Road. This project will also investigate and
possible repair or reconstruct the existing sewer located in the center of
Bunaglow Road. The total estimated cost of Engineering Services for this
project is $91,000.00 and will be funded by the Special One Percent Sales
Tax, Phase III Funds.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available ,to the Consolidated
