Dear Harry:
Attached hereto is a counter offer option for right-of-way for Tax Map 98-2, Parcel 105, on
the Bungalow Road Improvement Project. Mr. Mangelly had requested the location of a driveway
be 30 feet from the interseCtion, and this was denied by Augusta Traffic Engineer, Jim Huffstetler.
However, Mr. Mangelly made this a special provision of his option. He also counter offered .
$2,051.00, which is $1,000.00 over the appraised offer. Several other requests are made under
"Special Provisions." I see no choice in this matter, other than condemnation. :i
