office, is hereby vested with full, complete and unencumbered title to all of the land or
access described in the petition;
IT IS FURTHER DECREED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Condemnor
shall pay the Special Master, A. Zachary Everitt, the sum of $ 500 .00

and just compensation for the duties performed in this case.
