Price Lists and Guidebooks are referred to herein bookj. [f the Service is offered pursuant to the Guidebook, this
document inoorporates by referen<:e the relevant AT&T Bu ess Service Agreement {BSA}. Ifthere is a conflict between this Pricing
Schedule and the Tariff, Guidebook, or BSA, the Tariff, Guidebook or 8SA will take priority. The Servlce is provided by the AT&T
Affiliate identified below as the Service Provider.

The Company will furnish, install, maintain and provide maintenance of the Service in accordance with the Company's applicable Tariff
or Guidebook. The Pricing Schedule Term shall begin 00 the date the Service is installed and avairable for use by Cus1omer, unless
specified otherwise in the Tariff or Guiclebook.
In the event the Service is terminated poor to the expiration of the Service Period, Customer shaft pay all T ennination and
Cancellafion Charges as specified in the Tariff or Guidebook (or, where applicable, the promotion filing).
If Customer tenninates 1he Service prior to the date Customer's obligation to pay for the ~rviee begins, Customer will reimburse AT&T
fOf time and materials incurred prior to the effective date of termination, plus any third party charges resulting from such termination.
Customer agrees to pay any added costs Incurred by AT&T due 10 a Customer initiated chal1ge in the locatron of the requested
Service prior to the time lhe 5ervk:e ls installed.
This Pricing Schedure shaft be elCtended for add ifional one-year terms under the terms and conditions provkfed in the Tariff or
Guidebook unless either party provides written notice of its intent not to renew the Pricing S<:hedule at least sixty (60) days pOOr to the
expiration of the initial term or each additional one-year term.
Suspension of Service ;$ not pennitted for the requested Service.
If you are ptlrchasing a 8eIlSouth Fast Packet Transport Service {BeUSou(h Frame Relay Service, BellSouth Asynchronous Transfer
Mode Service, or BellSouth Metro Ethernet Service} or a 8eIlSoul:l1 Digital NeiworkServfce (BellSouth MegaLink Service, BellSouth
MegaLink Channel Service, BellSouth lightGate Service, BellSouth SMARTRing Service, or BellSolJlh Wavetength Secvioe) under
tllis Agreement. such service may only be purchased by Cusfomers whose traffic on this service will be at least 90% intrastate.
Customer is responsible for complying with this requ irement. and by ordering or accepting such service WIder thi8 Agreement,
Customer is representing to the Company that its traffic on the servioe wiU be alleast 00% intrastate.
