THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day Of~' 1996, by
and between RICHMOND CqUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of
the State of Georgia, ~s party of the first part, and ANNA MAXWELL
WALLER, of Richmond County, Georgia, as party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part,
for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, including the granting of a new easement by
said Anna Maxwell Waller to Richmond County, being recorded
simultaneously herewith, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby release, remise and forever quitclaim unto the party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns, the following described
property, to-wit:
All right, title and interest of Richmond
County in and to an easement consisting of
47,690 square feet of permanent utility
easement and a temporary construction easement
in connection with the Goshen Industrial Blvd.
Sewer Extension proj ect granted to Richmond
County by Anna Maxwell Waller by instrument
dated August 1, 1995, recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond
County, Georgia in Realty Reel 498, page 673.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises to the said party
of the second part, so that neither the said party of the first

part, nor its successors or assigns, nor any other person or
persons claiming unde~ them shall at any time, by any means or
ways, have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid
described premises or appurtenances of In any rights thereof.
