Know all Men by these Presents:
That the maker, 520 GREENE STREET PARTNERS, LLP, ofthis instrument for
and in consideration of the sum of TEN and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration to it in hand paid, at and before the delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; hereby quit-claims unto AUGUSTA,
GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia" the following described
property to-wit:
See exhibit A, hereto attached and by reference made a part
hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said personal property above described unto the
said vendee, its successors and assigns, to its only proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, maker has hereunto caused this instrument to be
executed by its duly authorized officer and its seal affixed hereunto, all of this if day
