Seller and Purchaser hereby acknowledge that each has read and approved the foregoing Closing Statement and agree that it accurately reflects the substance of the financial aspects of the transaction contemplated by the parties and the parties hereby approve and direct the Closing Attorney to disburse the proceeds and expense of the sale and purchase in accordance with this Closing Statement. No responsibility is assumed by the Closing Attorney for the accuracy of the figures obtained from others. Said property has a front of forty-six (46) feet on the East side of Ninth Street between Greene and Telfair Street, and runs back between parallel lines a distance of sixty-four (64) feet and being BOUNDED: North by property now or formerly of Thomas R. Wright; East by property formerly of the Estate of William E. Benson; South by property formerly of Hamilton and Farr; and West by Ninth Street. The above described property is the same as that conveyed to Jesse E. Reynolds and Claude H. Finley, Jr. by Warranty Deed from John Altoonian and Oaksin A. Altoonian dated January 24, 1964, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk for the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia at Deed Book 284, pages 581-582. A fifty-percent (50%) undivided interest in and to said property was conveyed by Johnny V. Finley, aka Johnny V. Finley, Sr., Donald E. Finley and Connie F. Wisnieski, in their representative capacity as Co-Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Claude H. Finley, Jr., to Johnny V. Finley, aka Johnny V. Finley, Sr., Donald E. Finley and Connie F.
