KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, GARY WILLINGHAM, as President/Owner of Willingham & Associates for the sole
consideration of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($14,500,00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has remised, released, and forever discharged, and for its successors and assigns, release and forever discharge AUGUSTA,
GEORGIA, AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION and the AUGUSTA HOUSING & NEIGHBORHOOD
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT; their successors and assigns, administrators, agents, and employees (hereinafter
collectively RELEASEES), and all other persons, firms, and corporations, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and
causes of actions of whatsoever kind and nature arising from, and by reason of any and all known and unknown, relating to and
resulting from the contracted services for New Hope Community Center Renovation Project, Augusta, Georgia, for which the
undersigned claims sums are due for the aforesaid services, which liability is hereby expressly denied by each of the above
named parties to this release,
In further consideration, the undersigned promises to bind itself and indemnify and hold harmless the parties
released herein for any sum of money that the parties herein released shall be compelled to pay to the undersigned or any other
party, resulting from the incident and claim herein described, The undersigned further warrants that this Release is executed by its
duly authorized officers,
It is expressly acknowledged by the undersigned that this release does not constitute a waiver of sovereign or
official immunity by the parties released herein,
