As the Certifying Officer for all HUD programs in - Augusta, Mayor Young must sign the form prior to its submission to HOD for environmental clearance. The project involves development of a new neighborhood park on a 1.3-acre site at the intersection of Wheeler Road and Fleming Avenue. Facilities planned for the park include a multi-use track, playground with equipment, picnic area, open space, and small parking lot. Please return the form to me once it is signed.
