Realty Book 18-E, page 7, and the improvements having the present
house number of 725 Fleming Avenue.
This being the same property conveyed to Party of the First Part by deed
dated January, 1951 and filed of record in said Clerk's office on March 3,
1951, at Realty Book 18-0, page 19; said deed being subsequently
corrected as to property description only by deed dated April 3, 1951,
and filed of record in said Clerk's office on April 17, 1951, at Realty Book
18-E, page 394.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described property, with all and singular the
rights, members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, in
Fee Simple.
And ~he said Party of the First Part warrants and will forever defend the right and
title to the above described property unto the said Party of the Second Part, its
successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons owning, holding or
claiming by, through or under the said Party of the First Part.
