The existing contract for ZEL Engineers includes the revision of the pre-existing raw water main
conversion plan (1986) and additional services required by a scope change for this project.

Dear Tun:
We have reviewed the proposal we provided for the post design services in light of Blair
Construction being the contractor we will be dealing with. Based on our past experience with them,
we have shifted professional engineer hours to the staff engineer level and reduced a:rrumber of the
tasks as wen. We therefore would like to offer this amended proposal to provide the post design
engineering services. We propose to provide Post Design Services for this project for $9,900. Please
let us know if you have any questions in this regard and we will respond appropriately. Thank you for
your assistance in this matter.
