In December, I sent you a letter requesting equipment and repairs /(/
needed in the jail as you requested. I believe during the
consolidation process, this letter has been misplaced. However,
the addendum that followed with additional equipment was placed
on the agenda and approved.
Would you add the original list to be funded out of Sales Tax to
the next County Corrrnission Meeting for approval?

As ~ou know this equipment was originally due to be replaced
durlng the jail construction. Since the scope of renovations and
construction have changed, these items are desperately needed to
prevent high repair cost.
Thanks as always for your assistance and cooperation.
